I lead transformative change initiatives that enhance organisational efficiency including across corporate areas. My focus is on strategic change leadership, capability development, and stakeholder engagement to align with key priorities and reforms.I manage a team that advises, develops, and implements comprehensive change management strategies integrated with organisational design efforts to support the agency's transformation. My team also holds the responsibility to raise change awareness and build capability through the establishment of networks and learning opportunities.This role enables me to shape effective, sustainable outcomes and strengthen the department’s ability to manage and lead change effectively.

I established and led the foundational Stakeholder Engagement team for Jobs and Skills Australia, driving strategic engagement activities with key partners to influence the broader agency's impact. My team focused on inclusivity, empowerment, transparency, and simplicity, shaping our engagement approach to create meaningful connections. Through our work, we influenced the organisation’s strategic direction and supported capacity-building efforts to enhance the effectiveness of its advice.I also served as a member of the International Expert Group for the OECD Centre for Skills project, Building Stronger Skills through Social Dialogue: The Power of Stakeholder Engagement in Education and Skills Policy. In this role, I delivered presentations on strategic engagement for outcomes to global members, while contributing to key meetings and survey development.Additionally, I led my team in planning and delivering Jobs and Skills Australia’s inaugural Symposium, which promoted critical reports and featured a National Press Club address—an event I am particularly proud of.

I was asked to lead an organisational design and structure review to navigate the agency through transition. With a focus on recognising the evolving landscape, my responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives. Consecutively, I managed a team to effectively deliver engagement, education and assurance of entry-to-market applications and accredited courses.

I led a team that worked closely with stakeholders in the education sector to develop and put into action plans for better education and engagement. This involved launching and assessing new ideas for education and guidance programs to promote ongoing regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of practice.

A bespoke role adapted to meet emerging organisational and change needs. I managed the efficient and effective delivery of the regulatory operations functions, including to provide high-level support to the General Manager, Regulatory Operations and the Commissioner, Regulatory Operations.Following announcement of the ASQA Reform, I also led internal organisational assessment and change processes, which drove examination and change of structure, processes and practices within the agency.

I managed the analytical and regulatory functions of ASQA’s strategic reviews to support regulatory work, inform strategic review findings and recommendations, and influence future internal and external policy and practical changes at the conclusion of each program of work.I led the VET FEE-HELP Regulatory Strategy 2016, implementing innovative measures to assess, report on and manage compliance. This led to changing reform across ASQA's audit practice. I was co-author and researcher on the strategic review - Protecting the Quality of International VET and English language education, 2019 - developed in response to concerns by stakeholders about the risks associated with the delivery of VET and ELICOS courses to students.

As part of a substantial organisational restructure, I managed and led changes to business processes, systems and policies to ensure alignment to stakeholder needs and ASQA objectives.

I began my career with ASQA as a compliance auditor where I led large and/or complex audits, particularly of those for which there were reasonable expectations of contentious outcomes.
