Path Home empowers families with children to get back into housing and to stay there.I managed the development department and all fundraising activities and campaigns including an annual fundraiser, appeals, individual giving, corporate giving, and foundation grants. I also managed all organizational marketing and communications including the website, social media, marketing collateral, and graphic design. Key Accomplishments: +Path Home’s contributed revenue increased from $607,661 a year to more than $2m a year.+Completed a $5.2m Capital Campaign to purchase and remodel the Family Village Campus, modeling the transformative impact of trauma-informed practice and design. +Expanded Portland’s first Family Homelessness Prevention Program, entirely funded by individuals and foundations. +Instrumental in name change and growing the brand from Portland Homeless Family Solutions to Path Home.

I was contracted to plan the Center’s largest annual fundraiser after departing as a full time employee. I worked remotely from Portland and traveled to Austin until the completion of event, raising over $1M for the third consecutive year.

The Center for Child Protection is the first stop for children in Travis County who are suspected victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect and for children who have witnessed a violent crime. The Center provides recorded forensic interviews, medical exams, counseling and intervention during the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases.I managed a successful fundraising events program including a gala, golf tournament, driving event, luncheon, cocktail receptions, and third party events raising one third of $4M annual operating budget. I consistently surpassed budget goals and broke fundraising records at every event, including $1M at our annual gala in 2013 and $1.2M in 2014. I developed impactful elements which increased gala donations by 187% and an overall annual event increase of 20%.

The Lawrence Arts Center is a regional center for visual and performing arts, contemporary exhibitions, film and lectures. 10,000 students take courses annually, and the Arts Center greets over 200,000 visitors each year. I managed all front office operations and personnel. I processed donations and class enrollment, managed volunteers, donor membership, and financial aid. I also coordinated events and managed box office sales for the annual art auction, theater and dance performances, and gallery openings.
