I am a writer, editor, and creator originally from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Reading and writing are as natural as breathing, and I dabbled in all kinds of mediums growing up, endlessly notorious for starting blogs and changing them up every few months. In the summer of 2021, I was offered a fellowship with Newsweek Magazine, where I learned the core of my journalism, publishing, and SEO optimization skills. After graduating in December of that year, I was offered a full-time staff position back at the magazine, which I gladly accepted.While working for Newsweek, I honed in on my skills and interests, and after spending several months on the culture team under the leadership of some mentors that I still consider close friends, I was able to build an honorable and varied portfolio for myself. After my year and a half at Newsweek, I branched out into the public relations realm, and I currently work as a publicist for Gracie PR based in Florida. Journalism has helped me understand the ins and outs of PR work as well, and it has been such a joy to learn this new trade and build relationships with my clients and other journalists. As I am also infamous for wanting to live a million and one different lives, I am deeply interested in branching out into multiple lifestyle and artistic verticals, and I love anything that allows me to tap into my passions, including books, travel, fashion, art, and culture. I am always looking for new freelance opportunities to allow me to continue to grow and write!
