I love working on Product because of my interest in advancing technology, advocating for users and getting things done! The new wave of AI innovation brings so much opportunity to improve lives through productivity increases and my current mission at Microsoft: the democratization of app building.I spend my time connecting with customers (happy ones, and not so happy ones), being a detective in understanding customer needs through feature data and research, prioritizing for the highest return on investment projects, building a vetted collaborative vision between PMs, designers, and engineering, delivering experiences that we iterate and learn from and last but not least supporting the growth of my team and making an environment where they can do their best work.
