Working on the ReForest London Social Enterprise team of the Westminster Ponds Environment and Sustainability Centre. Responsible for devising a communications plan for launching the beginnings of the Westminster Ponds Centre services, including the Volunteer Training Centre. Through creating strong online engagement with stakeholders, the Westminster Ponds Centre brand is becoming stronger, increasingly innovative, and connected.

Held the responsibility of screening patients before they entered the clinic in order to maintain a safe environment. Enforced proper social distancing and health guidelines while maintaining patience, kindness, and professionalism.

Collaborated with the executive team to devise unique and effective sustainability programs for Western University students. As the Food Project leader, I had the opportunity to create and execute on-campus events focused on making environmental sustainability accessible to students. I began the first student-run second-hand clothing sale set to give students an easy way to reduce waste, make a profit, and find unique clothing items. The event occurred successfully 3 times throughout the school year and raised $100 for the CRIPDES Foundation in El Salvador. Furthermore, I collaborated with other student environmental organizations to instigate programs such as, energy audits, access to local produce, and supporting London local sustainable businesses.

Managed the team of 3 journalists writing for the Parkinson's SouthWestern Ontario newsletter. Responsibilities included being student liaison with the non-profit, editing work of the journalists, and collaborating with the executive team to plan an on-campus case-competition fundraiser.

Devised on-campus fundraising opportunities for Parkinson's South Western Ontario with the executive team at bi-weekly meetings. Aided in running fundraising events, including tasks of the organization, and sales. Volunteered at fundraising events for the non-profit, Parkinson's South Western Ontario as a Western University student representative.

Greeted patients in a welcoming and positive manner and registered them for medical appointments. Worked to implement efficiency in the processing of patients while ensuring they received the exceptional healthcare services they deserve. Efforts of identifying and responding to patient administrative needs effectively contributed to reflecting the patient focused methodology of the practice.

Received extensive training in exceptional customer service while working as a cashier, on the floor, and in the stockroom. Complete training on opening and closing procedures, including counting contents of the cash register. Worked in a highly fast-paced environment, while upholding the professional and kind reputation of the store employees. Mentored new sales associates to participate in the store's advanced positive and highly efficient culture.
