When required, schedule national and local concert advertising, ensuring effective publicity of all events, and that all publicity adheres to any agreed guidelines.• Carefully monitor all tickets sales to maximise earning potential and utilise ticket sales data to inform staff as to sales issues and target publicity accordingly.• Ensure all parties (artist/agent/venue and production staff) have all relevant information and pro-actively contribute to the maintenance of good relationships with external/internal parties to ensure a smooth running concert or event.• Liaise with sponsors when the event is part of a branded campaign (Kerrang, Q, Time Out, Last Fm, Kopparberg, BBC1 X-tra, etc.), making sure the requests of the client are met in the best possible way and in line with their brand.• Apply for certificate of sponsorship for overseas artist, complying with all statutory requirements and record keeping.• Organize and manage payments schedules (deposits, balances, national campaigns payments etc.) and assist foreign artists with their FEU tax application.• Be aware of any issues relating to the health and well-being of venue personnel and the general public, and ensure that all operations are run in accordance with any specific requirements the HSE may lay down, making events and concerts a safe and user-friendly environment.• Duty manage events or act as the Promoters representative, as required, if the situation arises.
