Left home and school at 16, worked 3 jobs to pay the bills. Landed myself a job at Barclays processing 1000's of cheques!! Day by day I worked my way up and landed the role of cash manager (running the counters and managing the cashiers) and then onto business banker. Learnt so much so quickly! Then started my experience in property and haven't left! Brilliant time at Movewithus when they were just scaling. Spent time learning every about estate agency from selling houses in the corporate division to selling conveyancing to estate agents all over the country. Started a new role at AudioAgent (now Focal) and loved it! Was all over the country telling agents about our products and how we could help them. Joined when there was around 5 people employed and very proud of we have achieved in this time. My personal journey started as a regional account manager and grew to what it is today- leading a team of brilliant people to get our message far and wide!! Outside of work, my family would say I'm fun, determined, have a big heart and family is everything! I am the one who pulls everyone together and I love it!
