With Supercell and Tencent by our side, we’re even better equipped to keep pushing boundaries and making games that players love.• Managing hiring processes from finalising the needs of the role to negotiating and closing offers • Managing hiring for permanent, contract, temp, hybrid and fully remote contracts • Handling employment offers - presenting, negotiating and closing • Owning the improvement of company wide DEI through hiring • Working with Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders to finalise hiring needs and interview plans • Working with hiring teams and candidates to ensure exceptional candidate experience• Screening candidates for values, skills and suitability for all open positions• Using social media platforms to market our hiring needs• Working with Marketing Artists to create hiring marketing artwork for our socials • Providing interviewer training support to interview panels • Running final decision making meetings following each interview process • ATS management - keeping the database up to date and managing hiring data• Targeted candidate sourcing using unique sourcing methods• Representing Space Ape at Networking conference i.e. Develop Brighton• Visiting universities and presenting to graduate students ahead of them starting out in the industry • Owned the planning and running of our 2024 Studio Graduate DayDisciplines hired for - Art, Design, UI/UX, UA/Marketing, QA, Data/Analytics, Office/Operations and Finance.
