I’ve been in talent acquisition virtually my whole career. It was a career choice that I love and it keeps me on my toes every day. I’ve been fortunate to work with some brilliant people along the way and for evolving, ambitious organisations with a clear purpose. My early career was spent in recruitment agency, before moving in-house to Shop Direct, the UK's 2nd largest pureplay digital retailer and home to Very.co.uk and Littlewoods. In August 2018 I joined Moneysupermarket Group and in September 2022 joined Priory as Talent Acquisition Director.As part of the People Leadership Team at Shop Direct (Very.co.uk), Moneysupermarket Group, and currently Priory, I have a wider view and hands on experience across all things people, encompassing: culture change, developing & embedding values and leadership behaviours, DE&I, colleague engagement, and developing a high performance culture.Within TA specifically, I've led on various systems implementations as well as two employer brand strategies. I've built and developed high performing talent acquisition teams and have supported both Shop Direct and Moneysupermarket Group with hiring at scale across tech. I have a particular passion for enhancing the hiring experience- for candidates, managers and recruiters as well as a strong focus on driving diversity in hiring. At the start of 2021 I launched and developed a programme called License to Hire to support Moneysupermarket Group colleagues in hiring diverse, high calibre talent to help our business innovate and deliver for our customers.Outside of work, you'll find me at the gym, enjoying the countryside, developing my gardening skills and taking my son to one of his many sports clubs!
