Brave Women Talk is dedicated to helping women boost their confidence and resilience throughout their mental health journeys. Founded by Coach Emmani Nadirah, the organization aims to empower the next generation of women by fostering healing, resilience, courage, and strength.Coach Emmani Nadirah also hosts a podcast called "Brave Women Talk", providing a stigma-free environment where women can feel empowered and resilient as they navigate their mental health journeys. In addition to her podcast, Emmani Nadirah has launched a clothing line designed to help erase the stigma surrounding mental health. She has also authored a new book titled, "Brave Women Heal", further supporting women in their pursuit of sharing their narrative without fear or shame.
