As Senior Resourcing Consultant I was heavily involved in the development and delivery of BSkyB’s Recruitment strategy. I was seconded to acting Resourcing Manager for a period of 4 months. I assisted in the development and management of a proactive, commercially focused resourcing function that provided bestfit' resourcing services. The Recruitment division supported over 4000 staff, working across a number of different professional disciplines and locations.

I was solely responsible for building and recruiting a team of 5 consultants to assist me within the IT, Technology and New Media division. I was used extensively in the creation and expansion of new business opportunities through effective networking. I regularly achieved and exceeded placement targets on a monthly basis. I assisted with training and development of new staff members.
