Responsible for continuation of ERP implementation across all divisions of Albarrie, reporting, audit support and any other technology related projects. Also responsible for new CRM launch from initial review to full ERP integration and implementation.

Richmond Hill, Ontario

Responsible for assisting all plant managers and our operations manager in the day to day operations of our Ready Mixed Concrete plants. I also was the interim Production Engineer. In this role I oversaw our transition to SAP on the manufacturing side. This included inventory control, production planning, and assisting the finance team with month end procedures. I was able to work on the ERP conversion of the Teskey Concrete Corporation as well. My diverse background with the Lafarge group allowed me to help other production staff all over North America and I assisted with several major projects and training.

North Bay, Ontario

Shadowing area manager responsible for North Bay and Manitoulin Island. Learning all aspects of day to day operations and management including but not limited to quality control, safety, batching, dispatching, sales, and management.

Participated in nation wide safety initiative to map out all equipment containing energy sources at ready-mixed concrete plants.

Tested ready-mixed concrete at the plants and job sites to assure the products met CSA and Lafarge quality standards. I have worked on several major MTO projects within the Simcoe-Muskoka area.
