I have a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from West Visayas State University, and I am currently a Client Onboarding Specialist at Esusu, a fintech company that helps renters build credit and save money while aiming to bridge the racial wealth gap. My core competencies include customer relationship management, customer service, and communication.In my present role, I help new customers set up their accounts, verify their identities, and enroll in the credit reporting program. I also support and guide customers throughout their journey with Esusu, answering their questions and resolving their issues. I use various tools and platforms like Excel, CRM, and Email Communication to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
