I have a background in both business and IT, which is backed by my achievement of a National Foundation Diploma in Business (with a Merit) and a BTEC Diploma in IT. Having worked as a sales assistant at JD Sports for two years, I have acquired proficient communication skills, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities in a high-speed retail setting.I have a strong desire to use my technical knowledge, business skills, and practical experience to ensure the effective completion of projects. My schooling has given me a profound comprehension of management principles, teamwork, and planning.
