⏺ Engagement champion to drive awareness of Sony Xperia products and offerings to consumer and businesses, as part of area marketing initiative on behalf of Sony. ⏺ Reporting to the Area Manager, I am responsible for interacting with the public to increase the sales and productivity. ⏺ Moderator of forums and organising events for both consumers and employees ⏺ Beta tester of new products and services. ⏺ Create a learning and development manuals and/programs that will be used by sales and/or consumer consultants to increase sales and limit the retentions of existing customers. ⏺Create reports of the sales statistics every month. ⏺ Conduct engagement activities such as posting content related to Sony Xperia products and Apps/social media. ⏺ Provide solutions to queries raised by colleagues, members and management.

⏺ Represent Telstra’s NBN services all throughout South Australia. ⏺ Process and organise new and existing upgrades and changes of services that requires constant monitoring and follow ups. ⏺ Carry our product training and development in consumer and sales support. ⏺ Generate new leads for National Broadband Network (NBN) in Adelaide, South Australia. ⏺ Create surveys and feedback form that will be used for data and risk assessments and analysis. ⏺ Report to the higher management about recommendations and suggestions that can enhance/improve the sales lead and retain customers through data analysis and feedback recommendations.
