Direct the activities of the two profit centres located in Grenoble- Realized mill assessment and implement an industrial strategy based on recycling/ green products/sustainable developement/green solutions.- Developed and launched three new green products ranges ( office papers, 100% recycled coated papers,..).- Up graded Voiron Mill and managed the first step of the turnaround ( EBIDTA from -1 to 0 M€/month)with efficiency improving ( TRS from 75% to 85%) , 8 M€ cost saving, focusing the plant on 100% recycled papers, implementing a new Supply Chain and 4M€ profit by implementing Lean Manufacturing plan ( Kaizen, TPM,5S,...).- Managed Headcount reduction by 25% ( 70 persons) and handled complex union negotiations for very low wages increase for two years without any production disruption.- Improved the reliability of Lancey Mill to produce a new 100% recycled premium magazine paper.- Set up significant improvements in Safet results by developing a neaw safety management.

Directed the activities of the plant located in Annecy ( France).- Focused the activity on high value-added products .- Renewal of 60% of the exsting products range in 18 months. Implemented a Supply Chain, orchestrated the hiring and the forming of a new R§D and After Sales team in order to speed up the sles.- Restructured the industrialoperations with efficiency improvement( TRS from 55 % to 70%), new maintenance methods, 3.5 M€ cost saving, 3M€ profit by implementing Lean Manufacturing plan ( Kaizen, 5S,Smed,Kanban, TPM).- Improved the efficiey with a Best Practices culture.- Improved the output ( +10%) by reshuffling the product's spread between the two mills of the company.- Handled complex Union Negotiations to slashe the Headcount by 30% ( 50 persons).- Set up significant improvements in Safety results by developing a new safety management.

In charge of Production, Supply Chain, R§D, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety and Environment of Papeteries du leman mill ( in Evian near Geneva Lake)- Handled the technical and social assessments on ten European Mills in order to identify the appropriate plant to buy.- Managed a 22 M€ investment plan with drawing u the specifications, managing the plant revamping, and handling the start up .- Improved the output of the mill by reducing the dow time for maintenance and implementing a new Logistic organization.

-Maximised the operations with efficiency improvement ( +70%) and variable cost reducing ( -20%).- Up graded closely with European Customers the quality of thin papers and Cigarettes papers .- Designed and Managed the industrial plan ( 20 M€) of company turnaround . Implemented the best available tools and improved efficiency by 50 %, reduced headcount by 10% avec reduced variable cost by 20%.- Restructured the R§D team to divide by two the developement time of the new product.
