• Responsible for feeder audit report analysis on feeders with high losses and feeder audit project planning.• I monitor over 10,000 Maximum Demand Customers’ energy consumption.• I prepare the monthly Energy Statement of EKEDP.• I prepare monthly Maximum Demand Customers’ billing analysis.• I carry out forensic data analysis on customers’ meter data on AMI & AMR platforms.• Escalation of findings to the responsible departments of EKEDP as well as keeping track of updates till they are closed -LOR calculation and recommendations, wrong mapping escalation, coded billing recommendation and infraction discovery escalation.• Weekly work report writing and task scheduling for field team members.• I led a team of Engineers on EKEDP Coded billing review.• I carried out LVCT and HVCT meter recertification as a means of revenue assurance for EKEDP, detecting non-functional and faulty meters that could lead to revenue leakages.• I recommend loss reduction initiatives to increase EKEDP’s Revenue and reduce ATC&C Losses.
