- Ensure project output’s quality and reliability - Prepare manhour estimation and manpower distribution- Manage project schedules and monitoring effectively- Maintain good harmony and effective communication within the group- Ensure to submit project deliverables on time with high quality and to receive good comments and recommendations from customer.

- Prepare nuclear plant drawings in 2D/3D-CAD using Auto-CAD and HGNE- Japan owned 3D-CAD software (COMPO-CAD)- Perform piping design assessment to evaluate the best possible piping route arrangement on different piping system- Prepare and check 3D-CAD modelling of piping support structure, civil data, platform and steel structure input using 3D-CAD.

- Prepare piping layout and pipe route 3D-CAD modelling using 3D-CAD Software - Prepare, check and evaluate pipe route data considering maximum design and operating condition; and seismic criteria as based on plant P&ID, equipment and valve drawings, pipe fittings and other design standards per piping class.- Perform piping stress analysis and support.

- Undergo technical and management training under Nuclear Piping Design Analysis Group in HGNE - Japan- Establish workload schedule, project estimation, and manpower allocation to be coordinated in HIMAC Phil.- Prepare project manuals and documents necessary to export project from Japan
