* To connect with the young people, be their voice as part of the staff, and help evaluate how East Hills Community Church (EHCC) can continue to meet their needs while including them in the overall ministry of East Hills.* To lead at least one LIFE Group for the college age students and oversee other LIFE Groups to start as necessary.* To provide follow up and pastoral care for our young people.* To provide an annual retreat for college-age students to get away and focus on their spiritual lives.* To coordinate, plan, and lead special activities throughout the year as deemed necessary.* To help provide outreach programs of East Hills to reach out into the community and include our young people.* To plan, implement, and lead the Memorial Day Picnic.* To plan, implement, and lead the Thanksgiving outreach to Edgemont School.* To plan, implement, and lead the Christmas outreach.* To assist on those Sundays where outreach is more of a focus.* To find, create, lead, support, and work alongside a staff of volunteers providing vision and connection with the overall church ministry.* To develop team leaders for each area so that EHCC can be more effective and also raise up more leaders.* Other miscellaneous and logistical responsibilities.
