Responsible for developing, negotiating, securing, and managing contract procurement for labels solution for the pharmaceutical sector.:• Identify, qualify, and pursue labeling opportunities to achieve sales and operating income budget• Serve as lead negotiator • Establish relationships with Packaging, Production, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain personnel within customers and prospects• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process• Participate in internal training efforts, internal process teams, trade show exhibits, panels, and professional associations relevant to the business• Acquire and maintain up-to-date information about new development• Present information about Schreiner offer knowledgeably and effectively reflecting the organization’s capability to support customer requirement• Understand and manage existing business that has not been closely developed. Maintain close working relationships with other sales team members to stay informed about new business opportunities and where new technologies can be offered.
