- Drafted detailed drawings of structures, specifying dimensions, and materials needed.- Collaborated with builders to see that construction was in line with drawings and designs.- Created oral and written presentations for project designs and proposals.- Led a team of Architectural apprentices and interns throughout the contract documents phases of various projects and supervised projects CADD technicians throughout the duration of the project.- Coordinated the project team in the development of preliminary and final design documents.- Initiated promotional activities, including contact with clients, business, and proposal development - Coordinated the review of contractors' schedules and the submission of shop drawings and samples.- Generated and reviewed completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations for accuracy.- Monitored the design process from the conceptual phase through construction. - Lead designer for Interior Commercial Stalls, Residential Houses, and other numerous projects of similar nature.
