Update P6 Construction Schedule, prepare progress measurement sheet for the site accomplishment, prepared notice and official extension of time claim, prepared weekly and monthly reports, monitor productivity of works through daily accomplishment and manpower report, submit monthly progress billings to the Owner, preside weekly meetings.

As a QC Engineer, I handled the closure of existing Non Conformance Reports by gathering submitted Works Inspection Requests, Daily Site Accomplishment Reports, Progress Photos, Minutes of Meetings, Official Letters, Rectification Methodologies and other necessary documents needed for the closure of those NCR to be discussed with the Owner's Engineer for the close-out of the said report. I was able to close-out 62% these NCR on the 3 months span that I had worked there.

As a Planning Engineer for a Construction Management Company, I've first done the basic schedules required by the Client such as the Baseline Schedule, Material Procurement and Delivery Schedule, Catch-up or Recovery Schedule. I also reviewed the existing Contract Packages and see to it that their current accomplishments were up to what's required, if not we made necessary adjustments in order to cope up such delay.Using Primavera P6, We made actual accomplishments based on daily reports by Site Engineers and had it input to a cost loaded schedule. Also I did weekly reports, based on the combine efforts from the weekly Contractors meeting, which was presented to the Clients Top Management and was occasionally presented by me.Aside from a Planning Engineer, I also acted as a Asst. Construction Manager where I helped on the assurance of the Quality of activities done esp. on Rebar, Formworks and Concrete Placement Works.

As their Quantity Surveyor for a Client/Construction Management Company, having their Company expansion in Manila, I was able to make Quantity Estimates and Costing for Civil and Architectural Works. I also handled the Materials Procurement and Contract Package Bidding up to Awarding. Then I was also able to do some MEPFS and AUX Estimates and Costing.Occasionally conducts inspections on different Project Sites.Keeping track of the different Project Expenses such as Workers Payroll, Subcontractors Progress Billings, and other misc. site expenses.I also acted as a Site Engineer for the Company's Office Building Renovation while also working on being a QS.Later on I was Promoted to be the Company's Cost Control Head but as a Trainee, there I was able to monitor not only the Luzon Projects but also including sites located at Visayas and Mindanao.Some of the Projects I was involved was a 10-Storey Bldg., another is the Renovation of an old warehouse to a Heavy Equipment Showroom, then Heavy Equipment Stockyard where majority is Constructed using Structural Steel. The Others are Housing Projects.

As a Cadet Site Engineer for a General Contractor, at first I was task to do more Document Works including the Preparation of Documents for Processing of Business and Building Permit.Then, working together with the Main Office Procurement Department, I was tasked to send Material Requests and also Monitor the Deliveries with Coordination to the Site Warehouse. Afterwards, upon being able to work on Site for supervision of Rebar, Formworks and Concrete Pouring Works, I was assigned to work hand and hand with Clients Project Scheduler which taught me how to use Primavera P6 which soon enabled me to do Project Construction Schedule. I gather date from Site Engineers and Architects for our Weekly and Monthly Reports. It was also my responsibility to do weekly presentations and discussed the current Project Status together with the Client's Planner.After our major construction is done, I was then tasked for the Pull-out and Demobilization of the Company's Tools and Equipment, thru high security protect protocol implemented within the Project Vicinity.
