Managing categories of Rough Plumbing at Rona, Reno Depot and Lowe's banners across Canada. 4000 skus and 180M$ yearly sales business are under my responsibility. I negotiate commercial agreements, costs, choose which vendor and which assortment we will sell in our stores, fix retail prices, work on marketing strategies, exit strategies, owner of flyers in our categories and what will be sold as offshelves, etc. From 2020 to 2022 we worked on a major project that revamped the whole department of 45 baies average per store of rough plumbing in 150 stores. Today, our department is one of the best performing category at Rona.
