Supervised project with the University of Poitiers divided in three parts. Analyzed the company Store Commander strengths and weaknesses and advised a future strategy. Centered the analysis on international market research in order to develop the company supply, created a database. Began the communication project over the selected market targets. Projet tuteuré divisé en 3 temps. Analyse des forces et faiblesses de Store Commander ainsi que réalisation de préconisations pour sa stratégie future. Second temps centré sur le ciblage de marchés internationaux afin de développer l'offre de l'entreprise, en s'appuyant sur la réalisation d'une base de données. Enfin réalisation de la communication sur ces marchés.
