CurrentI have a minimum of 10years working experience in the FMCG industry, specifically, Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do and this ensures that my contribution lead to year on year successes chalked by Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC.Accomplishments:• Introduced the usage of by-product (foreign pallets) in ongoing effort to reduce costs. This is currently saving GGBPLC averagely GHC 67,495 monthly.• Formulated and successfully implemented new SOP on receiving of Empties from Key Distributors that led to the use of lean staff, hence savings for GGBPLC. • Managed daily average Truck Turnaround Time in receiving, offloading, loading and dispatching of trucks by 30minutes.• Improved stock accuracy from 87% to 99% by way of stock traceability and process improvement.• Maximized space by increasing the heights of crates from 12 layers to 15 layers.As a husband and a father my goal is to bring along team members by way of advising and mentoring on ways we can achieve the organizations' objectives.
