• Application development / enhancements as per the Business requirements.• Application availability monitoring and BAU activities within SLAs.• Analyze the impact of the change request on the current system.• Notifying business of scheduled upgrades and outages being planned in production on the distributed interfaces.• Facilitation and technical support for production changes and release deployments.• Facilitating and supporting restoration bridges for production tickets, updating and Closing production IRs.• Reporting production outages to business.• Primary interface with the client from onshore and manage expectations around technical requirement inputs, change requests and deliverables.• Delivering the deliverables on budget, on schedule and without defects.• Ensure that all requirements, project plans and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.• Involved in preparing the High level design documents, Low level design documents, test conditions and reviewed the same.
