A graduate of Mechanical Engineering (B. Eng.) from the Edo State University Ekpoma and a fellow with the Nigerian Institute of Business Executives, an achiever with a humble beginning as an estimator with ABB Soimi in 1997, I have grown through the ranks to fully understand the requirements of the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria. With over 12 years experience in the construction industry, I left ABB Soimi in the year 2000 as a proposal engineer and in the same year joined Alcon Nigeria limited as a Sales / Proposal Engineer. I rose to management position as the head of the Commercial Department, I was involved with the establishment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) [Quality Management System (QMS) + Environmental Management System (EMS)] of Alcon Nigeria Limited and received further training as an auditor with BUREAU VERITAS (BVQi) Nigeria Limited (consultants during the certification process).With a vast amount of experience covering project cost estimating, project engineering, proposal preparation and presentation, business development activities, contract administration and project management. I was a principal witness in the matter of arbitration before the arbitral tribunal presided over by Hon. Justice Kayode Eso, con, between Alcon Nigeria ltd (claimant) and the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (respondent) for the EPC Revamp and External Works Project in Idu, for variations and time extension to the value of Twenty Seven Million Dollars (27 MUSD).
