Provide Test solutions, Support for End-Product functionality, and stress reliability for High End Servers.My work team is integrated by 5 test engineers, 15 test engineer junior working together for delivery/debugging the production on time.Also, these are our tasks and goals.• Performance and Stress Test integration• Hardware Failure Analysis• Testing Network environment development and fine tune• Maintain Data storage and Data transmission reliability• NPI - New Product Introduction Test Support• FPY - First Pass Yield Improvement Test Support• FAI- Final Audit Inspection Testing Support• Scorecard management according to my activities.• Follow up my metrics reports to track progress (KPI)• Knowledge Gemba process.• Knowledge 5’s process.

As Lead Test Engineer my KPI's together with team (6 Engineers, 8 Junior Engineers) are:- Improve the FPY in JV products (Rack Level/Standalone units)- Create and deploy improvements in the test process, even work together with China team support for better diags package.- Delivering the finished product to the customer on time- Work together with all departments for improvements internal process.

The activities are immediate end-user support, hardware and software, servers monitoring (daily check list), network configuration (clients), updates (antivirus, hot fixes, patch’s, service pack), software and hardware inventory control, to make procedures of the applications that are using in the company, configuration PC clients on the wireless network, monitoring windows servers, contact providers about special projects.
