Worked as Technical Manager for Syngenta Tanzania Ltd. Accomplished the following1. Lead maize trial and demo work and eventually introduced 3 new maize varieties to the market.2. Launching of new products3. Handling customer complaints4. Creating demand and searching for new customers in new area5. Pioneering Digital platforms to interact with farmers6. Trainings to large scale farmers, agrodealers, agricultural partners.7. Established link and collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture, TOSCI, TPRI.8. Working together with Sales, Marketing, R&D to drive sales.

From 2012 March 1st March 2013 I worked with USAID funded project and part of Feed the Future Initiative-Tanzania Agriculture Productivity Program (TAPP) as contractor working as SENIOR REGIONAL AGRONOMIST in Iringa region Tanzania. I achieved the following1. Introducing USAID-TAPP to Iringa region Government Officials, farming community, commercial companies, horticultural farmers and commercial partners2. Establishment of commercial horticultural farmers groups reaching over 1,000 clients in a year3. Establishment of Commercial demonstration plots all over Iringa region4. Managed two Junior agronomists and two partners agronomist and help them did excellent job with clients 5. Introduced drip irrigation technology and the use of green house (Indoor production) in Iringa region6. Help management in partners engagement and management of commercial partners across the region7. Introduced the idea of co-investment between farmers and project reaching high level of success8. Data entry and reporting using CIRIS (Clients Impact and Results Information System) M and E software
