In 35-minute sessions, I evaluated candidates' problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and understanding of data structures through LeetCode challenges. I also ran SQL tests to assess their data management skills and complex query writing abilities. Moreover, I checked their code quality, efficiency, and logical reasoning.In addition to technical abilities, I evaluated candidates' communication skills, such as their ability to clarify thought processes, explain solutions, and answer questions. This holistic approach not only led to successful hires, but also significantly boosted the client's engineering team and their developer community.To meet the client's specific needs, we built a unique talent pipeline and onboarding process.
