Air Intake & Exhaust system Architect on gasoline 1,2L Turbo and Diesel engine family €7 emission regulation. - Technical interlocutor on exhaust Innovation program: active sound and DPF module diesel €7 emission standard.- Document any QCDP aspect of the proposed architectures through project progress milestones.- Plan the CAD activities (2&3Dmodel, dimension chains) and justify the design (Mechanical, acoustics, aeraulic).- Manage the Co-design with the suppliers (Design to Cost)- Manage the project schedule, define a risks control plan and validation plan of the innovation

Air intake system project Leader for the passenger vehicle (M2-H segment) in Europe and China.- Ensure the design, the development and the industrialization of the air intake system / Make proposals of technical cost saving on the domain- In charge of the technical specification for the RFQ and follow up the RFQ.- Management of the suppliers in compliance with project quality and cost target.- Carry out the Technical Reviews (Design, Tools launch, Samples approval)- Update the Air intake standards and develop the best practices (feedback report) - Operational coordination: designers and engineering service providers.

- Design and develop the Air intake components for the Citroen C5/C6 and Peugeot 407 powertrain- Follow up the supplier : design / packaging and validation plan.- Check delivery control report and the assembly on the vehicle from the prototype to the ramp up step.
