Own It Performance is a fitness company and brand that provides the full fitness experience with a wholistic approach. This allows each client whether they are an athlete at any level, weekend warrior, novice to fitness, or fellow entrepreneur to become the best version of themselves. The idea is to make health and fitness accessible to everyone as long as they are able to plug into a computer, phone or tablet, using household goods for resistance. Own It stands out, with the Head coach who has been playing and training at a high level for over 15 years, With a background in Exercise Science and Psychology, to meet the needs of each client, athlete, team, or group differently and effectively. Already having done work virtually, and looking to expand upon that, Own It is looking to be the first fully functional mobile studio in Western New York. This mobile studio will address issues with accessibility and expert service in areas where they normally are not accessible. And for those clients who are looking for that extra push, this would allow me to be on your doorstep/school/summer with equipment in hand to help you/team/group/business outside of their comfort zone and assist with building the consistency

Educated participants on how to be an effective peer/facilitator within their respective facilities. Using correct and updated information to ensure that the participants have the necessary tools to assist others with questions concerning HIV/HCV/STD. These sessions are strong on protection and condom negotiation skills, teaching individuals how to properly use condoms and bring them up in discussion with partners.
