 Help the team to prepare Risk assessment and train workers on the task to be performed to reduce the risk level in the workplace.  Ensuring HSE compliance in the operations site.  Develop HSE program that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.  Ensure that site operation comply with safety management systems and regulation governing the industries.  Ensure job specific training, toolbox meetings, monthly safety meeting and Induction training are conducted on site for both new and existing employees.  Investigate all on site and off incident on time and give out proper corrective action to prevent re occurrence of similar situation. Prepare weekly and monthly report. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly inspection program and enforce it.  Supervised the hazardous waste facility and managed all compliance. Performed periodic safety inspections to improve compliance. Coordinated all emergency response activities including annual drills, spill prevention and training employees on emergency response and evacuation procedures. Frequently conduct environmental inspection and assist environmental on site and monitor compliance with EPA and international standard. Assist in blast monitoring and evaluation on site.
