Experienced PAM operator/ Visual PSO in the Gulf of Mexico on various seismic acquisition vessels. Main focus of specialization is the correct acoustic and visual identification of various marine species such as whales, dolphins, sea turtles and avian species with the purpose of following and interpreting the rules and regulations as required by the Notice to Lease (NTL). Duties include the general understanding of the seismic acquisition industry, assuring the seismic operations are working within the guideline premises during operations, understanding and checking daily gun logs and communicating with seismic crew with intent to improve and or reduce noise impact in the prospect area.New PSO development and training with identification of marine mammals, sea turtles and avian species within visual proximity to the vessel.
