I am currently a Controls Engineer at Wunderlich-Malec working for customer sites with focus in system checks involving troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of integrated wiring control system. My troubleshooting knowledge base include PLC and wiring issues. I have worked to configure smart MCC, VFD's, E300 Power Flex, Flex I/O, Rosemount Pressure Transmitters, and Mass Flow Meters. My testing knowledge include loop testing Level Transmitters, Level Switches, Pressure Transmitters, Mass Flow Meters, Pumps, Compressors, LACTS. Also worked with IC&E groups to bring more high-resolution data for different type of compressors to customer network and hence cutting cost on 3rd party monitoring. I have worked with IT department on inspecting and identifying potential cyber security risks at customer sites and implemented measures for safer data communications.I've also worked in a project involving Upgrading Iconics Gen 32 to Gen 64 with the help of Assetworks, Alarmworks and other plug-ins. My testing knowledge include Simulation Functional Testing of deliverables that come to development, simulate all the data to show in the development screen to make sure alarm and visibility works fine, troubleshooting using IDF files, Workbench and Data explorer
