My responsibility entailed cultivating awareness and facilitating constructive communication with both members and the broader public regarding the advantages of the funds schemes, programs and loans. I actively contributed to the recruitment of new fresh members, with a particular focus on the Wote Special Scheme, which was designed for individuals in the informal labor sector. Additionally, I conceptualized and spearheaded the execution of a strategy to engage and attract a younger clientele, particularly millennials, to the fund's various programs by harnessing the power of social media business tools effectively.

I guided my team across the regions of Mtwara and Lindi (districts, wards, and villages), with the primary objective of conducting a comprehensive survey and assessment of water points. Our mission involved verifying the condition of these water sources and for potential rehabilitation. In total, we successfully identified and documented 2,596 water points. I'm proud to say that our team excelled in terms of efficient time management, precise data collection, extensive geographical coverage, and the prompt submission of reports.My team was awarded the best team performer in terms of accuracy, reporting & feedback, working speed and collaboration.

My duties included providing seminars and training to various social groups regarding the benefits of the fund, conducting manual checks to validate member contributions, aiding in the membership registration process, delivering customer service, supporting in the coordination of departmental activities, and reports.
