As a HD MECHANIC at First Quantum Minerals, I perform maintenance practices on various Liebherr and Hitachi excavators, such as components change out, routine services, hydraulic system, breakdowns, greasing system, and undercarriage system. I also practice safety with JSA, JHA, and TAKE 5 on every machine I work on.I have over 2.5 years of experience as a Rebuild Workshop Technician at BIA Group, where I disassembled, assembled, and tested various components on Komatsu machines, such as wheel motor transmissions, spindles hub assemblies, accumulators, cylinders, and axles. I used standard procedures and tools, such as high force, ener-pack, torque wrench, venier calipers, bore gauge, micrometer screw gauge, and impact wrench.I graduated from Northern Technical College (NORTEC) Zambia in Heavy Equipment Repair Technician. I have a good knowledge of hydraulic circuits, faulty finding, and troubleshooting. I am hardworking, trustworthy, sincere, and experienced, and I aim to provide quality service and solutions to any company I work for.
