Emmanuel Lagarde is at the intersection of public health, data science, and epidemiology as a research director at INSERM, at the Bordeaux Population Health research centre.He coordinates research projects : - on AI processing (NLP and CNN) of emergency room data for flow optimization and surveillance - on the impact of health factors on road safety in France and Africa- on emergency care, especially after head injury.He chairs the experts committee of the French National Council for Road safety.He chairs the CSS6 Scientific Committee of INSERM (Public Health)Until 2021, Emmanuel served as the vice-president of the Doctoral School in Public Health, Political Science, and Humanities in Bordeaux.
