Generate sales leads through Salesforce by outbound calling, emailing, and other methods to existing patients to educate them on insulin pump therapy, products and promotions to keep them part of the Medtronic family. Qualify inbound leads by trouble-shooting pump functions to see if a replacement device is needed. Scheduling demos and introducing patients to their point of contact (territory manager). Converted leads into qualified patient pending therapy (PPT) opportunities at 87% for FY 22. Working with the senior leadership team to locate and solve issues within our operating systems – Centricity and Salesforce. Educated and trained new hires to help transition onto the sales floor. Work with your territory sales manager director to identify ongoing strategic targets Gathering all accurate health, personal and insurance information to quickly and effectively process a file. Maintain a high level of communication with the field team to make sure all daily/monthly/quarterly Annualized Operating Plan (AOP) numbers are met by identify strategic targets. Using high levels of organizational skills to make sure SalesForce and Centricity are both up-to-date and that files are all within service level agreements (SLA). Explaining insurance benefits to a patient and educating them on how we came up with the estimated out-of-pocket for their insulin pump and/or continuous glucose monitoring system therapy.
