Providing technical support and installation services for customers having enterprise systems and various technologies such as HPE x86, DellEMC, Cisco UCS, Oracle x86 and Huawei compute solutions, HPE, IBM, DellEMC entry level and mid-range storage systems, Veeam and Veritas Backup exec data protection solutions, and virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V).▪ Projects implementation and deployment, which may include overseeing elements of the project or team when assigned▪ Implement Proof of Concepts (POC) in consultation with the team lead▪ Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to the presales and sales teams▪ Provide post-sales support after project implementation▪ Working with the internal IT support team on any requirements for equipment or systems that need specialization, including implementation and training▪ Troubleshooting customer faults to achieve fault resolution for all incidents▪ Advise clients on both existing and new technology▪ Knowledge transfer: train end users on systems administration
