• Update and maintain the master product profile - complete new listings and quick fixes (SAP)• Maintain and correct integrity of data - achieved through continuous data purification initiatives on existing data.• Analysis of vendors - with the intention of rationalising duplicated vendors, correcting data, identifying & correcting duplicates, reducing the number of active articles and ensuring products are purchased from the preferred vendor.• Co-ordinate the listing of new vendors and the unblocking of suspended vendors• Data Analysis/ Business Intelligence - Run and analyse reports either off SAP or Business Warehouse reporting tool to understand the extent of the quality of data, draw conclusion and suggest possible corrective steps.• Overall Data Purification and Supply Chain Exposure - exposure to data purification, analytical tools and other supply chain related functions.• Liaise with Merchandise, RPL, Planning, Ops, Rebates, Marketing & BIS to achieve objectives• Support business with data purification initiatives within specific functional areas• Adhere to agreed SLA's with the business • Ensure adherence to processes
