While acting as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist at Nassau Boces, I’m overseeing the technology infrastructure of two public schools, including computers, smart boards, and network switches.My day-to-day responsibilities include: • Planning, assembling, and installing computer workstations into networks as per program specifications. • Assisting in the training and mentoring of new hires for the company while overseeing their work development. • Troubleshooting hardware and networks to allow for continuous freedom in computer program use. • Operating Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory. • Conducting periodic preventive maintenance by incorporating a comprehensive backup plan to reduce the likelihood of hardware failures, extend the useful life of the system, and prevent data loss. • Responding to desktop, server, and network issues using the helpdesk ticket system and resolving each issue efficiently by following the details and specifications remotely and in person. • Imaged and deployed desktops and laptops for clients.

After acquiring the Co-Ownership of Team Stickbug (TSB) in 2017, I became responsible for growing the community and enhancing the user experience by improving event logistics, community relations, community engagement, and event production. This role required me to be involved in various functions, including project management, social media management, business development, talent acquisition, content creator coordination, and broadcast execution.
