Instructor of the course on 'Project Cycle Management' (30 hours), taught to approximately 25 students each year:- Overview of the development and humanitarian project cycle.- Quality management and results-based management.- Practical application of operational tools through case studies.

- Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of projects implemented in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania): access to basic services, health, education, economic inclusion, support to civil society, local development, public policy-making, social protection, political participation. € 3 million per year, 20 projects (EU, UNICEF, AFD, MEPI, DRL, DCI Monaco, bilateral donors, private foundations).- Supervision of project proposals development (country and multi-country). Around 50 projet proposals submitted to various donors every year.- Capacity-building and guidance to project teams (25 staff) on project cycle management, M&E tools and mechanisms, and partnership management. - Support the development of organizational frameworks and monitoring & coordination mechanisms of the regional program.
