I have recently started a new role at C Power Energy in which I specialise in recruiting for the renewable Wind Energy industry. Although I am new to the sector, I pride myself on building long lasting relationships with both the client and people who work both offshore and onshore. I am looking forward to my continued growth and gaining of more knowledge about the sector.I would describe myself as an attentive listener, where I am able to translate the requirements and needs that others are looking for. My own personal values are always to strive to learn more, even when you are at the ‘top’ you can always push yourself further! As well as being transparent open and honest, a relationship works two ways. As well as being adaptable, friendly and hardworking, I always have the best interests of those that I work with and alongside.
