• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in milling process from grain and other ingredients according to specifications: Directs milling of raw materials, in hammer mills and mixing with micro ingredients, according to formula.• Oversees all the production process in the plant according to the standard GMP• Supervise the entire process of production from raw material intake to storage of Final product• Ensures mill sanitation and that sanitation schedules are performed.• Supervises mill operators for shift operations.• Other duties as assigned by the General manager
