Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans;b. Oversee company operations to ensure effeciency, good quality of services and cost effective management of resources.d. Approve company operational procedures, policies and standards.2. Human Resources Managementa. Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff;b. Employee development,training and performance improvement3. Financial management a. Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies;b. Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit;c. Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company; d. Provide vision and leadership in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.e. Present company reports at quarterly and annual directors meetings4. Salesa. Plan and deliver prospective clients funnel with the objective of growing market share and increasing revenue. b. Manage and provide guidance to the sales team in identifying prospective projects /leads / pursuing project pipeline, and closing business. c. Initiate and move forward early stage negotiations with customers, involve senior team members at appropriate time for deal closure.d. Ensure the business meets its overall target through strategic planning with the sales force.5. Technical managementa. Ensure operations with technical partners is running effectively and efficiently and high level support to customers6. Relations management a. Uphold good relations with the mobile operators and technical partners(Safaricom, Airtel, Skilrock Technologies) and customers
