Implement and drive EHS strategy given by regional EHS leader • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements and maintain compliance framework up to date • Apply and lead company EHS framework program as well as local regulatory requirements. • Lead certain assigned aspects (technical, regulatory/third party interface, reporting, permitting, compliance, financial, administrative, etc.) of projects and permits in compliance with relevant regulatory programs and corporate policies. • Provide EHS technical leadership, issue resolution, and input to local management • Participate in EHS compliance and program audits • Develop, implement and maintain organization-specific EHS programs and processes including (but not limited to) Leadership and accountability, Regulatory compliance, EHS process, Emergency preparedness and fire protection, Risk assessments and safe working procedures for all types of activities, Safety Defenses (e.g. ergonomics, motor vehicle, Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) • Drive improvements in EHS culture, awareness, and accountability • Plan and conduct EHS training; coach EHS element owners to promote ownership and help them discharge their duties • Conduct incident/accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans Maintain EHS expertise to provide technical and regulatory support to Operations team; proactively engage stakeholders on-site to ensure EHS compliance • Measure and maintain Local Customer Team EHS metrics and ensure continuous and rigorous reporting to EHS regional manager • Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects • Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs • Interface with environmental, health and safety regulatory agencies as needed.

• To Develop & assist operational managers and supervisors in implementing the site EHS plan and Life Saving Principals and ensure continual compliance by all parties engaged on GE scope in accordance to the requirements of the EHS plan. • To aim for “Zero” severe accident/incident and to pursue the concept that all accidents are preventable • To minimise GE’s potential liability by ensuring that GE protects itself against assertions of breaches of EHS regulation in relation to statutory compliance and provide an effective EHS advice to GE site personnel to ensure compliance with the applicable local regulation. • To ensure that the EHS coordination of works between the different contractors includes safety matters • To conduct regular reviews of the site EHS plan, environmental management plan, emergency response plan and any other EHS-related site-specific plan, ensuring that they remain effective while maintaining a focus on effective risk management strategies. • To develop the site EHS induction program for all levels within the site team and ensure all personnel are familiar with their obligations and responsibilities both in terms of applicable law and this site EHS plan • To develop and/or manage and implement appropriate educational programs in workplace health and safety and environmental awareness • Implement an EHS audit and inspection program, making recommendations for improvement where applicable • To liaise with, and to provide advice and assistance to GE and contractors’ management and employees on any matter of health, safety and environment legislative compliance, effective risk management, and the implementation and compliance to the site EHS management system • To ensure all EHS records are properly maintained • To investigate, or assist in the investigation, of all EHS events • To coordinate the site EHS incentive and disciplinary schemes

• Enforce HSE policies, guidelines and programmes required to achieve HSE excellence across all four power plants • Develop and maintain emergency and disaster preparedness plans that provide clear roles and responsibilities for all personnel across all FIPL plants • Oversee the conduct of periodic safety self-audits as well as unscheduled spot checks in the plants • Provide advice and technical guidance to the Plant Management on HSE issues • Liaise with relevant HSE authorities to ensure staff awareness and compliance with all regulations and policies • Promote safety awareness throughout the plant and other connected sites • Implement programs to increase HSE awareness and performance among contractors • Ensure availability of HSE facilities and emergency services in the plant • Ensure proper Health and Safety risk identification, assessment and implementation of mitigating • Collate HSE statistics, analyse incident trends and make appropriate recommendations • Facilitate HSE audits of construction and contractors’ activities • Escalate all unresolved safety concerns and issues to the Station Manager • Provide input into the update of FIPL policy as required • Prepare periodic report for the attention of the CEO

Operations and maintenance activities on gas fired turbines (GE, SOLAR & ALSTOM) • Repair and operation of High Voltage Switch Gears and Synchronizing panels • Supervise activities of sub-contractors and give report to line manager. • Operate computer-assisted software and equipment to perform operational tasks. (MARK 5 and MARK 6 control systems for GE TURBINES) • Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems • Repair and servicing of High/ medium and low Voltage transformers • Provide technical direction and on-the –job training to draftsmen, and less experienced engineers • Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. • Repair and service of INGERSOLL RAND air compressors. • Repair and service of Schneider Synchronising Panels. • Advising and Supporting Company Staff in complying with HSE requirements • Reporting And Investigating Accidents / Incidents

Reporting all Safety Activities to Management • Ensuring Project activities are performed in accordance with HSE requirements • Assist Project Manager in proposing measures to reduce identified Risk to ALARP status • Liaise with Project Manager in providing HSE input to tenders and Contracts • Advising and Supporting Company Staff in complying with HSE requirements • Reporting & Investigating Accidents / Incidents, Compiling & recording safety statistics. • Assist in identifying requirements for a robust HSE management system • Organise Equipment inspection & PAT testing • Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HS&E programs on the field. • Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. • Inform the project management team and supervision of any new or conflictive legislative matters that could impact the project. • Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community. • Regularly audit the SMP for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. • Organize and schedule required safety staff and first aid coverage.
