Geosyntec is a consulting and engineering firm that works with private and public sector clients to address new ventures and complex problems involving our environment, natural resources, and civil infrastructure.

Currently studying the fate, transport and behaviour of emerging chemical contaminants in the environment (soil, water). With particular focus on the sorption and desorption/release of Per and Poly- Fluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) in a variety of soils, both temperate and tropical soils.

- Working with a team of researchers in CIFAL Newcastle with focus on empowering individuals, governments, businesses and local communities to implement the Sendia framework for disaster risk reduction, UN SDGs and the 2030 Agenda. Conduct capability development programs to enhance awareness of the SDGs and foster community-level action as a way of encouraging sustainability. - Conduct field based risk assessment studies in collaboration with the Hunter Local Land Service (HLLS) NSW, for human and animal emergency disaster relief centres across the Hunter region of New South Wales.
