*Lead the strategic management of multinational corporate accounts within the luxury travel sector.*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.*Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel services to existing clients.*Set ambitious revenue targets for the corporate and luxury travel division and develop strategies to achieve them.*Develop customized travel programs tailored to each client's budget, corporate policies, and travel preferences.*Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.*Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings to review performance, address concerns, and *Identify opportunities for improvement.*Provide leadership and guidance to a team of travel account managers and support staff.*Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.*Manage the financial performance of corporate and luxury travel accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.*Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.*Stayed abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the corporate and luxury travel sector.*Identify potential new clients and markets for expansion and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards governing corporate and luxury travel.
