- Research & development project whose aim was to develop a lower-body exoskeleton for able-bodied users to improve their physical capability while maintaining user safety and maneuverability and reducing muscular and metabolic fatigue.- Designed a force platform in SolidWorks to quantify balance, gait and other parameters of biomechanics (Patent Pending).- Designed a force plate stairway in SolidWorks in order to analyze four independent consecutive steps (Patent Pending).- Developed link models and used inverse dynamics and inverse kinematics in conjunction with MATLAB to plot gait cycles, determine the joint parameters, and kinetic information.

- Designed, fabricated, and tested a semi-automated manufacturing conveying system.- Analyzed strain, stress, deflections, loads, and power requirements for the conveyor system utilizing FEA (ANSYS).- Designed full-scale 3D models of the conveyor system and each individual component utilizing SolidWorks.- Fabricated 80 unique parts operating machining tools such as mills, lathes, band saws, grinders, MIG welders, etc.- Tested and troubleshot the conveyor system’s mechanical and electrical systems.- Composed a theory of operations manual, a detailed drawing package, a fabrication plan, and a test report.- Presented Critical Design Review.

- Designed two unique part adapters and a workpiece clamp for the x-axis table of an ultra-precision CNC jig grinder.- Redesigned the hose adapter for an oil mist extractor development project for easier manufacturing.- Designed multiple parts on a next-generation optical tool station development project.- Detailed drawings for an ultra-precision CNC tool height axis capable of positioning less than 4 millionths of an inch.- Oversaw Engineering Change Notices (ECN) on various parts for some of Nanotech’s CNC projects.
